Little Turtle's Kiawah Island Journey tells the story of one little turtle hatchling who makes a wrong turn following a late evening 'turtle boil' on the beach of Kiawah Island. When she discovers she is lost and cannot find her home, she befriends a Snowy Egret who helps her search high and low, hoping to find where she belongs. On their journey, Little Turtle and Snowy Egret meet other island animals and learn about their homes and habitats.
